Blank Text Style box for Premiere Pro 2018

Blank Text Style box for Premiere Pro 2018 - I cannot use the text style because that box is blank.

I have closed and reopened the program several times.

I have restarted my computer.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

This is the Premiere Elements forum and you asked about Premiere Pro 2018.    Around 2014 Adobe shifted to the Creative Cloud subscription system.   Would it be that your version needs and update?  I think you may be about 3 major versions behind.  

If you are working in Premiere Elements, I'm not sure what you mean by the "Text Style Box".
