Burning DVDs with multiple videos

I'd like to burn a DVD with several videos, such that it will then be playable on a DVD player/TV. I'd like for it to have a way for the user to select one of the videos, and play it. Can Premiere Elements 15 do that?

Yes.  The basic method would be to put all of the videos into one project and use the DVD menus system for each video.

This tutorial should get you started with the technique.

Note that you should NOT update your version to a newer version of Premiere Elements.  Burning of Blu-Rays and DVDs is going away.
