Can I move the Project Assets bin over to a 2nd monitor?

I have a dual monitor setup...and would like to keep the timeline in front of me...and move the assets bin to the 2nd monitor.

In Premiere Elements, you can break the timeline off as a separate panel but the rest of the interface remains as one piece.

To do this, go to the program's Window menu and select Dual Monitor Workspace.
