Hi, all,

I am new to video editing. I want to apply Shake Reduction to a video I made with my Galaxy S9+ in portrait mode (1920vx1080hx24b). i get the error message, "Shake reduction requires clip dimensions to match project settings. Create a new project." However, all of the available presets are in landscape mode (1080vx1920h). Many thanks for whatever yall can come up with.

In order for the program to apply shake reduction, the project settings must match your video specs. So since Premiere Elements does not have a 9:16, it will likely not work with video shot at 1080x1920.
