PROBLEM: We cannot access the properties for a frame in the Pan and Zoom window in order to change the Pan Duration or Hold Time for frames in a video clip. How do we access these properties for a frame?
BACKGROUND: We are working with a video clip, not a photograph, and are able to create the frames we need, at the locations we need, using the Pan and Zoom tool. The manual infers that we can change the Pan Duration or Hold Time for any frame by clicking on the respective elements in the frame. Unfortunately, we cannot seem to bring up the frame properties dialog by either left or right clicking with the mouse. Nor can we find any other way to access these settings for the frame by clicking on the Timeline markers. Another anomaly is that the manual indicates we can re-arrange frame markers on the Pan and Zoom timeline by dragging the marker. When we click on the timeline it simply resets the Current Time Indicator (CTI) and does not allow us to drag the frame marker.
As new users, we thank you for any assistance!

Just curious: Who is the "we" in your questions, Lemonpeeler? Have you got a whole classroom full of people using this software or a user group of some kind?
These are pretty complicated questions for a simple user to user forum.

Just Grandad and a room full of curious grandchildren! Any idea why we cannot access the Duration or Hold Times for the zoom frames? In fact, the little square HOLD rectangle, shown in the frame in the manual, does not appear in our frames in the Premiere Elements application. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "zoom frames" duration.
Are you talking about using the Pan & Zoom tool and how to control the timing of movement from face to face?

We are using Adobe Elements Organizer 2020.

Where are you finding a Pan & Zoom tool in the Organizer? In the slideshow creator?

Thank you. Not finding it in the Organizer, but in Premiere Elements. Supposedly, the Pan and Zoom feature can travel between faces or between custom frames you define. However, we cannot seem to access any setting for the Duration or Hold Time for the frames as described in the manual.

I have the same question, not being able to manage the Duration or Hold Time for the frames, when using Pan and Zoom on a video clip in Premier Elements 2020. I have watched Your video-tutorial twice, and there are no solution there. Just how to disable face Focus Frame.
