Clueless! Lost sound on Voice track; other sound is fine

My narration tracks were fine, until they all went mute! All of them. It's like that whole tier is null and void. Music is fine, sound from video clips all fine. Narration clips WERE fine, all the way through. What on earth would make them ALL go silent on me? Desperately pleading for advice. Thank you!

Using Adobe 20 with Windows 10 on a Surfacebook 2.

Did you mute the track?

What happens if you copy, cut and past to another track above?

Hi! If I did, I don't know HOW I did, so I don't know how to UNmute it. But I'm sure you're right, because, yes, when I dopr the narration down into music or up into Audio 1, it's fine.  What on EARTH did I click???

I don't see any narration clips on your Voice track.

Sorry, we had a family issue that kept me away from my project.  When I moved all the narration down to music and it worked, I left it there and forgot when I sent you the other screen shot!  This time I put some of the voice clips back onto the narration track but left one in the mnusic track in case you can see any difference between the two.

Are you saying that none of the audio on the Voice track plays?

I see that you've lowered the rubber band on Voice_16.wav to zero. But I don't see any reason Voice_12.wav would not play.
