Copy transitions does not work in premiere elements 2020

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 from a few days and noticed che copy command of a transition over other clips does not work. I followed the instructions I found in the official site, but no result occurs. In this way, the solution is to put the transition on every single clip, but is too expensive in time. Anyone has a workaound to adopt? thanks in advance.

Mark a transition as the 'default'.  Then in the Timeline menu there is a choice to 'Apply Default Transition'.
