Hi Evrybody.
I am using PE 14 with El Capitan.
Everything went flawless except with the last video project.
If try to render the video I get very nice video, but the audio is some kind of robotic noise.
I never had this issue before.
I did try to check for diffrent options in redering, also did try to render to diffrent HDs.
Nothing helps!!
Why is the Output of the audio corrupted now?
May it helps to know that I use audio tracks out of Logic X by Apple .wav 44.1 khz / 16 Bit / Ditherd.
Any help is welcome becasue we want to publish the project.
Thanks for your help.

What happens if you add any other WAV audio? Or if you use the audio that's included in your camcorder's video?
In short, can you determine if the issue is unique to that Logic X audio or if any audio gives you the same output?
BTW, which output settings are you using?

Thanks for your help.
1. Other Audio
Still corrupted but the burst noise is in this case only on the left of the two stereo channels.
In other words it has nothing to do with the logic files.
You also need to know that the logic files always worked.
Just 3 days ago another video worked just fine.
2. Render Settings.
720 HD - 1280x720
Codec: H.264
Framerate 25
Audio: AAC 160 kBit 48 khz
Bitrate: 6 Mbits
What the heck is going onthe video plays back fine in PE14 just the rendering fails.
Cheers

The general rule of thumb is if something used to work and suddenly doesn't, a recent update is usually to blame.
I assume you're using Mac's Quicktime player to play your output. Do you get the same result if play back your output in the free VLC Media Player?
There is certainly nothing in Premiere Elements for Mac that I've experienced that will corrupt audio.
BTW, if you look under the program's Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?
And what model of camcorder is your video coming from? What is this video's resolution and format?

3.
Here is the General Edit Menu its in German I cant switch the language in PE 14 (Sorry)

Actually, the settings page I need to see is under Edit/Project Settings/General. You've posted a picture of the preferences page, not the settings page.
Meantime, while you are in the preferences, uncheck the option to use Hardware Acceleration.
It would also help if you would open one of the videos from your phone in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set the View menu to Text and then copy and paste the report it generates to this forum.

I see they have diffrent frame rates... let me guess ....this calls for trouble?
Cheers and thanks again.

Clearly the program isn't matching the specifications of your video from the Nova 2. The Nova 2 is also creating video with a variable frame rate, which can also be problematic.
But the video from the Lumix is pretty standard. I'm surprised it's giving you problems. What happens if you start a new project and use only video from the Lumix?
Neither of the MediaInfo reports you posted includes information on the audio for these files, however.
Also, try uninstalling Premiere Elements and reinstalling it. (You won't lose any work in progress.) It's possible a recent OSX patch has corrupted something. You're still on El Capitan, which is a good thing, as far as Premiere Elements 14 is concerned. But Apple is chasing a lot of vulnerability issues lately. It's certainly possible they overwrote an important codec.

Even when you created a project exclusively using video from the Lumix?
Can you open one of the MP4s you output from Premiere Elements in MediaInfo and then cut and paste the COMPLETE MediaInfo report to this forum (both video AND audio)?
Also, what happens if you post an MP4 you output from Premiere Elements to YouTube? Does it still sound weird? Can you post a link to that video so we can hear it ourselves?

If I use Video by the Panasonic Lumix only it works.
I did try the same session, mixing videos from my Huawei cellphone and from the Lumix FZ200, in DaVinci Resolve and it worked flawless....
I will cut it form scratch in DaVinci Resolve.
