I created a pan and zoom preset effect on a photo in Premiere Elements And saved it. When I went to apply it to another photo in my slide show it shrunk the photo so that there was a black border all the way around the photo. Any ideas why?

What was the resolution of the photo you created your preset for?

What is the resolution of the photo you applied it to?

Remember that motion is measured in pixels -- so a pan & zoom motion across a 1000x750 photo looks very different when applied to a 2500x1875 photo.
