My editing mode changed for no reason and I just noticed it. The last video I put together a few weeks ago was in the widescreen format. I just started working on a new project I'm 10 minutes into it and I see the screen in teh video program is smaller so I checked the setting and they are 720x480 how can I change that? Do I have to start over or can I change this in the project I already started?

Premiere Elements does not have a way to change the project settings once the project is underway.   I'm sure you know this, but the project is normally set when the first asset is put on the timeline.   Alternately there is a way to force the project settings when the name of the project is set.
