Elements 14: won't download the photo or video editing tools [was: Gary]

Hi,

I have Premier Elements 14 and it wont download the photo or video editing  tools.

I don't understand the question.

Are you having trouble downloading and installing the software?

Sorry Steve for not explaining correctly  I have had V14 for a few years

and it has worked great for a long time.  At the moment the main

program, the external editor and the organiser all load ok but the photo

and video editing workspace will not load.

The program didn't change.  Something on your computer did.  Without knowing more about your situation, the first guess is that you are out of RAM or disk space.   Something like a virus protection program could be consuming RAM.
