Hi, Im a total newbe with this , but basically I have a c920 webcam and Element 15.

Im using a Mac mini with latest OS.

When I open a new project , the webcam movement quality is very slow , like its  a low frame rate or something, and Im really not sure what to change to correct this, if it is indeed correctable?

Many Thanks

Are you using Premiere Elements (video) or Photoshop Elements (photographs)?

How are you using the webcam in conjunction with the software?

Hi John, Yes Im using Premier Elements Video.

My Webcam is connected via USB to Mac mini, when I go to media options in Elements I select Webcam and the video comes onto the screen.

if I go to the webcam settings in the corner of the video screen, there is no option to change anything, ?

Confused !

You probably will not be able to capture live video from that web cam, if that's what you're doing.

Nothing to worry about. Just routine forum maintenance.

You posted a Premiere Elements question in the Photoshop Elements forum. Your question has been moved to the correct forum where it will get attention from Premiere Elements users.
