Why does my video go to japanese and say my video if offline?  how do I fix it

I think you're referring to the red screen that says your media is missing.

This screen appears when the media that is linked to your project has been moved and deleted. Where are the video files that are linked to your project?

Yes, that is what happened.  I went to store the videos on onedrive and it loses contact so I had to move my video to my hd and know it work.
