Error Code 16

When I go to open up Premiere Elements 2020 I get the following error code. 

I have followed the steps listed in this forum and it is still not fixing the error. What should I do next?

I am having the exact same issue. I was also told by adobe that I would receive a call back by today at 10 am (Arizona time), and I have yet to get a callback. I am starting to think that I wasted my time and money on this Adobe premiere elements disk. I wont be renewing or buying anymore adobe products. From now on, if it isnt free, then its not worth it from Adobe.

Meantime, as an experiment, try right-clicking on the program icon and selecting Run as Administrator. 

That may or may not fix it.

Meantime, frederick, I'm not sure what you mean by "if it isnt free, then its not worth it from Adobe". But, no, Premiere Elements isn't free.
