Can you possibly detail what you are trying to do and how you are doing it?
I put in my Mp4 file from OBS and just published it, no edits or anything other than rendering. I tried to publish as 1080p but it didn't work.
I changed my OBS output to .flv files and converted them and it worked as 720p but not 1080p.
What is an OBS?
