Elements does not export tiff's.

Png is the best you can get.

You can do a frame grab, but it will only be at the resolution of your video.

What is your source media, and what are you using the tiff for?

Thanks for the reply:  I take stills but I was curious about capturing 3840 x 2160 frames for further editing in LR. One reference suggested TIFFs to export more data.  John
