Exporting to Blue ray on premiere Elements 2018

I have recently downloaded the 2018 trial for prem elements 2018 and loaded a pre created Mp4 from imovies to see if I could export to DVD in blue ray format. The menu only allowed me to burn at 720 and stated that the 2018 version does not support export to DVD blue ray. is this correct?

Are Sony and VEGAS DVD Architect the same? One is $99 and the other is $39.

One is probably an updated version of the other.

Actually Sony created DVD Architect and DVD Architect Studio as well as Vegas and Vegas Movie Studio.

A few years ago, Magix bought the product line from Sony. They also opted to stop making DVD Architect Studio and now they just give you the professional version of DVD Architect free with Vegas Movie Studio's Platinum version.

Although if you've finished your project in a newer version of the program, you can indeed output it as a 1920x1080 MP4, drop this MP4 onto the timeline in version 14 and author your BluRay from there.
