My footage is slightly out of focus and blurry. I know that in Premiere Pro UNSHARP MASK exists to remedy this. Is there an equivalent function in ELEMENTS?

Thank you!

In the effects section (fx), under "Sharpen and Blur" there is an effect called "Sharpen".   If your footage really is out of focus, I doubt it will fix it.

Even in PrPro unsharpen mask does not fix out of focus and/or blurry footage. It usually makes it worse.

Unsharp Mask effect increases the contrast between colors that define an edge.

There is a saying: garbage in, garbage out.

If I have out of focus footage it ends up in the trash.

Re-shoot or next time better.
