Generic Error after installing Big Sur on Mac

I just installed the Big Sur update on my Mac and now I can not add any files to start a new project in my Adobe Premiere Elements 2020.  I get a generic code error and media files say Media Failure.

Is there an update from Adobe to make this work?????

Thanks,

Dave

There is a post here a few hours ago that said the user contacted Adobe customer support.  They found and fixed a problem with fonts.   The easy way to start a remote chat with customer support is on the Help menu.

If the problem is not fonts, the updated is to buy version 2021

SOME Adobe programs are compatible with big sur, but they may have issues
