Generic "Import failed" error message - please help!

Receiving this error message repeatedly whether I try to import one video at a time or 765 videos at a time. I've tried importing from the card reader and from the computer. Last import was about a month ago and there were no issues. Any ideas?

How large is the video file?

Can you import the video into a Premiere Elements project?
