Get rid of font style list

In premiere elements, how do I get rid of the standard Font Style list. It looks like it comes from the Seventies and I just want a small list.

Every time I delete them, they just come back!!!!

The set of Title Adjustments Styles is permanently a part of the program. But additional fonts are based on the font packs that you've installed on your computer system.
