Help with Narration on Premiere Elements 15

I have narrated an audio piece into my video, and if I click on the audio clip it plays no problem but when I go to play the video there is no voice audio????
I've checked the audio hardware and its fine hence the reason I can hear the audio when I click on the indivdual audio clip.

Screen shot maybe?  Can you cut and paste the naration track to another audio track above?

Also, is it only the narration clip that doesn't play or is it your entire project? Plugging in a USB microphone or headset can change the program's audio settings.
