How do you turn off home page in Premier 2020?

In previous versions of Photoshop and Premier Elements, you could turn off the home screen in the preferences menu.  In the 2020 version, I cannot find the option.  The page takes forever to load the program and sometimes doesn't at all.  Any one know how to turn it off in the 2020 versions of the programs?

I can't turn it off but I can avoid it.  On my computer I solved that by finding "PremiereElementsEditor.exe" in "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 2020" and making a shortcut icon for my home screen.

I regularly see complaints about not being able to skip the home screen or to turn off Auto Creations.

I hope Adobe is watching. 

Automatic tools are nice. But only if you can turn them off if you don't want them.
