What have you tried?

There is an audio mixer and a gain control.

Thanks for responding.

I contacted Samson on the mic, they said it was in the program.

I fooled with preferences with no luck.

Moved into expert, checked out how to from Adobe but there example does match my screen.

I am sure this is easy, but it is not going for me right now...hk

First step is to grab this yellow line with your mouse.  Move it up and down to change volume.

If that's not enough, try the Audio Mixer under the Tools menu.

Third, you can try "Gain".  Right click the clip itself for the menu, select Clip, then Audio Gain.

I opened a meter on the right hand side which is label mater. Goes from 0 to db. I have it at 0, narration is still too quiet.

I have produced over 100 videos but there are elementary. This is a step up for me.

opps - I was able to get the yellow line to show on my mic audio input segment. I raised it to the top. Seems to be louder. I will try it on the other clips, there are about 15 clips in the entire 30 minute video.

Thanks..

The yellow line does not run through audio that I imputed with the mic, it stops at the beginning of the clip and resumes after the clip.
