RE: Windows 10, 64-bit; Premiere Elements 2018

I've got a lot of animation effects all taking place at the same time on several different clips and would like to keep the keyframes panel; e.g., Applied Effects, Motion, always open. The problem I keep running into is the panel closes as soon as I change focus to another clip and I end up spending half my time reopening the panel. Is there some way of forcing the panel to stay open?
