I went to edit a video for the first time in a while, but then I added an MP4 file and tried to draw it to "Video 1" and it would not work. Please Respond With An Answer. Thanks!

I have the same problem with Premiere Elements 20 on Windows 10. It's intermittent. Every so often I reach a point where I can't drag files around the timeline, or from an Explorer folder into Premiere Elements. In fact, it seems to cease up the drag & drop function all over my computer. I've found I have to reboot the computer to fix it. It's super annoying.

16GB - pretty sure RAM isn't the issue. This is the second computer I've
had this problem with.
