When I try to import videos onto Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, I see nine thumbnails for videos to choose from. When I try to scroll down to see the rest, the importer freezes and I can't see my other videos. This is very frustrating and if any of you have some advice, it would be much appreciated!

The Source of the videos is an SD card.

Copy the contents of the entire card to your hard drive and then import from the hard drive into Premiere Elements.
