When i insert my video into premiere elements the pop up videomerge box comes up telling me i have a solid background colour in the video. if i choose to video merge my video goes entirely black and if i dont videomerge it goes entirely green.
How can i rectify to have my mp4 file insert correctly. Thank you
I'm confused because I've never seen that happen. What is the source and specifications of the video file? What are the steps you are following to "insert" your video file?
