Timecode or timelapse?  I don't see where either work withing Premiere Elements.   I found instructions for timecode processing in Premiere Pro.  https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/timecode.html#capturing_timecode

I am looking for a solution for the same question. Does anyone know if Timecode can be used in Premiere Elements?

In Elements you cannot capture tape anymore so you cannot capture timecode either.
