What is inside the MOV file?  Can you use the program MediaInfo and post it?  What are your project settings and how did you set them?  What are your computer specifications?  Would you share a clip via DropBox or similar?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into the program.

You are also shooting in HEVC at a high frame rate.  That may be more than you computer can do.

There are other very high quality settings you can use on an iPhone.

I dont think 11,5 Mb/s is very high. I find it actually quit low.

Ann,

There have been posts here that suggest PrE has trouble with HEVC at 60 FPS.  Frame rate, not bit rate.
