Premiere Elements can edit uncompressed AVIs -- but I would not recommend it.

Premiere Elements is designed to edit consumer video including video from camcorders and phones. It is not designed to edit professional and high-end video formats.

If you're going to work with uncompressed video, I highly recommend you upgrade to Premiere Pro CC.

Prores is not uncompressed. Its visual lossless codec as is Cineform.

Several versions back, Bill Hunt, who was as a regular contributor here, mentioned Lagarith.  I tried it as an experiment and it worked with whatever version was current then.  Even though it worked, it was useless.  File sizes were huge and there was not a useful improvement over H.264 in picture quality.   I don't remember what Bill taught me to do to make it work.  Try it and see!

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the H.264 image quality.
Premiere Elements for Mac does not support Quicktime.
Therefore, it seems that the plan I want cannot be used.

I have to consider.
It is the purchase of Premiere Pro or another company's application.
Or buy more hard disks.

If you are unhappy about H.264 a lossless codec wont help.

You need to start at the source: better camera.

There could be several other reasons for poor image quality. Could you please share those specs such as media you are working with and their spec, project settings you are using and export preset you are using. Also, have you given Advanced option presets a try. Take one matching preset and increase the target bit rate and see if the quality of exported media is better or not.

The advice of those who have commented here before me has solved the problem.

From Export Share > Custom
I used MP4_H264_64Mbps_CBS and got a clean output.

For your reference, the specs of this time (when I wasn't satisfied with them)
Source Video: Recorded with SONY Z-90 4K
Project settings: remain in default (FHD?)
Export Presets: Export > Device > HD > H264 > Image quality is high

I agree with Ann.  An H.264 workflow is not going to image quality.   What are you starting with and what are you trying to produce?

I read the reply.
Therefore, I tried to output the sample rate of H.264 at 62Mbps.
Then I got the same result as YUB 4: 2: 2.

I previously output at preset H.264 32Mbps.
Then, the staircase noise shown of red line was noticeable.

That looks like it might be artifacts from interlacing.  What are the project settings and output settings?

Output it with the above settings.

I am Japanese.
Many Japanese are not fluent in English, so my language expression may be incorrect.
