Migrating Adobe Premier Elements from a preinstalled laptop to a new one

I have Adobe Premier Elements 9 and Photoshop Elements 9 which was pre-installed in a Sony Vaio laptop complete with their serial numbers. How do I these two applications to a new laptop ?

Adobe continues to provide downloads for version 10 and newer.

Version 9 is old.  It was developed under operating systems that have been replaced.  My suggestion to you, if you are at all serious about video editing, is to buy new software for your new computer.   The best prices for Adobe Elements has typically been from retailers during the black Friday discounts.

You can still download E9 but I would go for a more newer version (2018) on a new laptop.
