My Adobe Premiere Elements 4 and 7 cannot take in propram activation Mpeg 2 component,
because adobe web site not open.?
And my new Adobe 2019 vob material mutei n timeline, video ok ?

Alas Elements 4 and 7 servers do not exist anymore. You cannot use that feature anymore.
For 2019 to have audio on vobs (assuming its ac3) you need Windows 10.
