Ni puedo importar audio ni video a la línea de tiempo

Estoy intentando importar un vídeo a la línea de tiempo y simplemente no puedo mover el vídeo, ni Audio ni video. Ya me aseguré que los comandos V1 y V2 estén activos. Que es lo que está fallando?
