Nikon Z7 video files compatibility

Having problems editing .MOV files from Nikon Z7, ie can hardly see them in timeline, they don't seem to load properly altough they are visible in workspace - any similar experience anyone?

According to may favorite camera store, the specs for the Z7 are "MOV/MP4/H.264; UHD 4K (3840 x 2160) at 23.976p/25p/29.97p; Full HD (1920 x 1080) at 23.976p/25p/29.97p/50p/59.94p/100p/119.88p"

That means there is some stuff to sort out.  What settings are you using?  Can you use the (free) MediaInfo program for a look inside the structure of the video file?  If you are using the higher camera settings, is you computer up to the complex files?  What version are you using?  How do you have Premiere Elements set up with project setting, audio hardware settings and preview settings?   There  may be more, but that will provide a start.
