This happens occasionally on several computers at our center where
no presets show up when selecting the Titles and Text tab in Elements 14.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Steve
Here's the solution to the problem. This is what they had me do the last time as well.
1. Go to Run and type in %adobedata%
2. Open the Adobe folder
3. Open the Premiere Elements folder
4. Rename the 14.0 folder to 14.0.old
5. Open Premiere Elements 14 program
Note - You don't copy the folder and then rename it. Premiere will do that after you
rename it and then open the program.
I hope this helps

He may not confess, but it is the one and the same!
I am thoroughly convinced that if anyone wants to learn video editing, there is no better choice than Premier Elements. But, it is not because Premier Elements is more capable than the competition. It is because Steve's course and teaching skills are so much better than you can find for any other video editor. In a weekend or two, you can go from zero to skilled with Steve's course.
Two weeks ago I upgraded to version 15 and thought it might be good to re-take Steve's course. I think it was version 11 where I took it the first time. Steve is better than ever!

I think I found it. It didn't jump out at me. When I get this resolved, I'll post the findings.

Does this address this issue? Many of my fonts are not displaying in titles and texts...just these square hieroglyphics??
