Objects do not attach to motion tracking

Hi all, using premiere elements 2020 and I can track a part of the video , seems to work, the box moves along with the object when i press play.  I cannot get a graphic to attach to the track.  When i place a graphic on screen and the rectangle turns blue, when i play the object is always static, any ideas?

Exactly mine too..   Did you trim of that Video before it won't work?
