Hi,

from one day to another, my Premiere Elements doesn't import MOV files anymore and shows an error: "The importer reported a generic error".

With the same PE14 I could import MOV files without any problems earlier this year.

I'm using Windows 10 (latest updates) and the Mediainfo tool gives the following output for one of the mov files (all created with a Casio camera):

I also have Quicktime version 7.7.9 installed.

I don't want to convert all my MOV files (with quality losses) e.g. with Handbrake just to import them later in PE14 - since I used PE14 before to just simply open the MOV files without any problems ... Any ideas or options I can try?

Thanks

Konrad
