Organizer vs Bridge- how do they work together (if at all)

I am wanting to organize my video clips, both within folders and with keywording. If i make changes within one of these programs, does the other register the change? if I move a file, does the other program see that? And does it refresh keywords?

A side question- If I move a file in bridge, does it also move any associated lightroom xml file? (im guessing no)

Another side question- why can I trim a video clip in lightroom but not in bridge or organizer? Wuldn't either of those programs be more effective if timeline notes and trimming could be made? is there no way to do this?

thanks!

They dont work together.

The Bridge is part of CC. Organizer is not.

The Bridge is for organizing clips still etc. It is not an editor. So no trimming.
