PE 14 won't burn DVD

Trying to burn a DVD, destination folder says "Invalid Folder", and dosen't recognize DVD drive.

What happens if you select the option to burn an ISO file instead of burning directly to a disc?

Thanks for the response! It's Windows 10 Pro, 1903 build. The burn to ISO works fine.
