PE 7 encoder activation code

Won't burn DVD, get a box asking for encoder activation code...which can't be found at the website listed.  Where can I find it?  Thanks!

I've got bad news for you.  Premere Elements 7 is so many years old (11?), that any links to any support files will be dead ends.
