PE21 cannot create ISO file or export DVD

I am using PE21 on a new Computer (Win 10, 64Bit). I cannot export my short Video on DVD nor create an ISO file. Altought PE says its finished successfully the folder on my C drive stays empty. I have also disabled the hardware acceleration and changed the main menu in attempts to export an ISO file but neither of those changes have worked. Is there a solution?

Are you using the trial, or purchased and serial number entered?

I had that problem, which was caused by an incompatible driver for my video card
