Photoshop elements premier 15 transitions

I cannot figure out how to do a transition of my entire slideshow. Can anyone help with this.  The online help is useless

Are you creating the slideshow from Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements?

Photoshop Elements does not offer ways to customize the effects and transitions in slideshows.

None of what I see is helpful. I have premier elements. I want to add a transition to the whole slideshow all at once without dragging the transition between each of 500 slides.

Select all of the clips you want a transition between, right-click on the group and select Apply Default Transition and it will be applied between all of the clips.
