Hello, I have a real problem with the playback in premiere elements 2021

When I playback the video stop, revere and forwards in small stems, quite fast. and the sound is also affected. Please take a look at the following youtube link.

https://youtu.be/FwdbelR8Zjs

I have tried many different settings, but I cant understand what could be the problem.

Which settings have you tried?

Check the following:

--Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware > Default Input set to "No Input"

--Edit > Preferences >  General:  Turn the Hardware Acceleration Off if On or vice versa.

--Edit > Preferences > General: Timeline Render Quality to Draft, High Speed

--Edit > Preferences > General:  Turn the GPU Off or On, depending on your system.

Hi Bill,

Thank you so much. It was the first one, the Audio HW that caused the issue. Set to "no Input" the problem was solved. Thanks again.

Sverre16B7,

Thank you for posting that you've got Premiere Elements working.  I don't always know when suggestions here actually work!
