The manual tells me that when I open the Export & Share tab I should then be able to choose under the DISC menu what I want to export it to using an advanced tab.  This does not happen and all I have is a set of menus ranging from birthdays to holidays etc.  Is there a way round this please?

If you are on an Apple computer the feature to burn discs has been removed.  If you are on a Windows computer and you have a DVD drive you can burn low resolution DVDs.  If the drive is not showing up, there may be Windows drivers that are not working.

Thank you. I am running Windows 10 64 bit and was hoping to burn a Blu-Ray
disc of the contents of a holiday we took 2-3 years ago. I have a separate
Blu-Ray recorder that I have successfully burned discs in the past using
Elements 12 but don't seem to be able to make in work in the latest version.
Can you help further please?

You will have to look for software from another company.  I'll guess that DVD Architect from Magix or Power Director from Cyberlink may have BlueRay burning capability.

+1 to Bill's recommendation. Both of the programs he recommends can create BluRays as well as DVDs.

Just for clarification: what is meant above is that one exports one or more videos from Premier Elements in .mp4 or similar format and then uses a separate Authoring software (DVD Architect was mentioned above) to create the BluRay itself.

Thank you for your suggestion. What I cannot get my head round is why I
should have to go to the length of using another piece of software when I
considered that Premier Elements 12 allowed me to burn a Blu-Ray disc. Or
am I missing something, please?

Nope. You're not missing anything. Adobe chose to no longer support BluRay production in Premiere Elements.
