Premier Elements 18 and HDR?

Does Premier Elements 18 render and export HDR graded files?

I just bought a new HDR capable camera, and I'd like to use it. But, I can't verify that Elements 18 will render files with the appropriate metadata or has the needed codecs.

As near as I can tell, the newest versions of HDR (HLG) are not supported.  If HDR video is your primary goal, you should look elsewhere. 

If Adobe is on their usual calendar, the 2019 version will be released in the next few weeks.  It will have additional capabilities and HDR might be one.
