Premiere 14 ne se lance plus / Can't open Premiere Elements 14

Bonjour,

Lorsque je clique sur Adobe Elements 14, l'écran de bienvenue apparait.

Je peux lancer Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 ou l'organiseur mais impossible de lancer Adobe Premiere Elements 14...

Cela fonctionnait sans problème jusqu'à maintenant.

Pouvez-vous me dire quoi faire à part réinstaller le logiciel ?

When I click on Adobe Elements 14, the welcome screen appears.
I can launch Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 or the organizer but can not launch Adobe Premiere Elements 14 ...

What operating system are you using? What processor does your computer have with how much RAM?

Which graphics card do you have?

What do you mean when you say "It worked smoothly until now"? What has recently changed on your computer?

My OS, computer, Ram, graphics cards are not the problem...

When i install again, all works.

I try to delete this file :

Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs

in

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Elements\14.0

and restart my computer

It seems to work for now...
