I have installed adobe premiere elements 15 and it would not go full screen on my second display. So I changed the primary display to my bigger screen and then tried to make the app's window full screen. It can now go full screen however everything in the app has scaled up. The fonts are bigger, the icons are bigger, widths and heights are bigger. It basically means that my work space is the same as if the app was on my laptop screen. Everything gets scaled up on my 27inch screen. photoshop elements 15 doesn't do this.

Please help.

What is the resolution setting for each monitor?

What operating system are you using and which graphics card do you have?

Having the same issue with Premiere Elements 2023 (Photoshop Elements 2023 works fine).

Resolution of my main screen is 3440x1440 with 125% scaling.

Somehow Photoshop finds away to adjust the scaling but Premiere just gets to big.

I would really expect such things to work in a 2023 version.
