premiere elements 15

Today I installed adobe premiere elements 15. I want to burn a DVD but unfortunately comes the message "no burner available" although I have a Blu-ray burner (LG HL-DT-ST BD-RE BM16NS40) installed. When burning a Blu-ray, the burner is detected.
What can I do? I found no help on the Internet. Please help me in simple English words. I thank you in advance.

And when I try to upload to youtube I get this message, It doesn't matter what settings I use.

Hi Gernot,

Try downloading the drivers for your disc drive from your computer manufacturer's site. This might resolve the issue.
