Starting PE load Screen ist showing than happens nothing else. Photoshop Elements 2018 works fine.

1. Was it working fine earlier?

2. What is the OS? Did you upgrade it recently?

3. What is the display driver? Is it dual display driver machine? Did you upgrade the driver recently?

YES it works all Time fine.

1. What is the OS? Did you upgrade it recently?

No it finaly works on W10. Last Action was update my Display Driver. Deinstall the new Driver and install older versions have no result in my pain that PE dont start

1. What is the display driver? Is it dual display driver machine? Did you upgrade the driver recently?

Nvidea GeForce GTX 970 – Driver Version 419.35
